Una edad en la que nuestros ídolos de juventud mueren sin cesar porque, de hecho, ellos ya tienen esa edad en la que la morir deja de ser un accidente.
Hoy le ha tocado a Joe Cocker, con 70 años, y me da pie a poner un hit impepinable con el que mato dos pájaros de un tiro (o tres, pues es un versión de The Beatles): canción y serie.
Con With A Little Help From My Friends se abría una de las series que marcó a los que ya hace tiempo empezamos a peinar canas (los suertudos que no enseñamos cartón): The Wonder Years (Aquellos maravillosos años) y se convirtió en una de esas melodías que evocan imágenes de adolescencia y que, con seguridad, lo seguirán haciendo hasta que el cerebro ya no nos den ni para llevar una cuchara a la boca. Seguramente, incluso en ese estado, la música seguirá siendo un ancla que nos aferra a ciertos recuerdos.
